Refund Policy Information

Policy information for the yearbook purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Credit card fees, which are not refunded by the payment processor, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the item to us for a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
